Japan Night 2019 will be hitting NYC this weekend, May 12th! Two concerts, two locations, featuring some of Japan’s top acts. HYDE of L’Arc~en~ciel and VAMPS fame with support from WagakkiBand will be at the Playstation Theater in Times Square at 5PM. Headlining at SONY Hall is MISIA with support from Puffy Amiyumi at 8PM. Japan Night is billed as a “one-night only special event…in collaboration with Japan Day @ Central Park, created by the Japanese community of New York to foster a deeper understanding of Japanese culture and build bridges between Japan and the U.S.” If you are in New York City this weekend, this is an event not to be missed, and it’s Mother’s Day so bring your mom too!
