The 2/6 Blog Day commemoration Stamp
Somehow, today 2/6 is,
a blog-like day!!!
I didn’t know at all but, the more commemoration days there are the more fun it is.
I’ll do my best aiming for a blog update everyday of February!
Today MAO and I had a valuable job.
We were able to participate as guest judges for the Guitar Craft Contest at ESP Musical Academy.
We were pretty nervous and anxious about ourselves being judges but, it seems we were able to safely perform as judges.
We were able to test out the instruments that the students had made but, I wasn’t able to normally us a five string bass and got pretty nervous..
They even let us read the honors so it was a precious and novel experience.
And the grand prix was this 5 stringed bass!
It was fretless and had the tone and warmth of wood.
It was made having focused on details, I really felt the love towards the bass.
With the impact of appearance that only 5 stringed basses have, and a cavity at the F hole, it was a really light bass.
It was kind on my shoulder.
All the basses and guitars had the students’ individuality and thoughts soaked into them and I felt a lot of love towards the instruments.
I think that having something you love is great.
I want that “love” to be held dear to them forever.
