That’s right. I,,
have always done hand-to-hand martial arts
since I was small!

14 years of Shinkyokushin Karate

singing and karate have
a lot in common.

Focusing on one thing

Is really important.

Detachment is also important.

It’s a place where I can wash way all of
the fatigue and bad feelings away.
