It has just been announced that SHISHAMO will be releasing a New Single “Nettaiya” (Sweltering Night) on August 5th. In addition, they will be holding a One-Man Live tour in the fall “The Sweltering Nights continue, but girls have to laugh today too“.
“Nettaiya” is aimed towards everyone during this Summer Festival season and will be a mellow love song. The song will be from the viewpoints of both men and women, singing about their love towards someone. The coupling song “Ikiru Gaaru” (Living Girl) will be a pop tune overflowing with a band-like feeling. As usual the Cover Art was illustrated and designed by Miyazaki Asako.
SHISHAMO will also be touring around the country including all 5 Zepp Venues, beginning on October 15th at CHIBA LOOK and finishing on November 29th at Zepp Nagoya. This country-wide tour will be leading up the their first performance at the infamous Nippon Budokan next year on January 4th, 2016.
