Draft King Deletes YouTube Videos

Earlier today, Very Good Days member Rafayui discovered that Draft King deleted several videos from their YouTube channel. The exact date and time when the videos were deleted is unknown since no one else but Rafayui has noticed this change. The lost videos include four live performances—”Abracadabra,” “Mayonka Merry-Go-Round,” “Surf N Sun,” and “tell me how to say I’m sorry”—and the “Draft King ~introduction special movie~” video. The reason for their removal is unknown, but it can be speculated that Hiddy’s presence in all five of those videos is the reason.

Arcluna, one of Very Good Days’s administrators, speculates “[Draft King] is getting more attention and they don’t want confusion from new fans.”

On September 16, 2013, Draft King created their YouTube channel and uploaded the four live videos. A couple months later on November 21, 2013, Hiddy announced that she would be leaving Draft King to pursue a solo career. Draft King would not upload another video again until February, when Draft King began to promote their second Oneman Live. Most recently, it was announced that Draft King’s EP Just Say u.r.? will be released on June 25 and distributed by Tower Records, which shows that Draft King is ready to take off.

Whatever the case, Rafayui states what any big Draft King and Hiddy fans are thinking: “lucky for anyone who already downloaded the videos.” Lucky to them, indeed. If there is anyone out there who downloaded these gems, be sure to keep them safe.
